Who is FPS Russia
The YouTube channel FPS Russia was ironically started by an American by the name of Kyle Myers who loved playing first person shooter video games. The idea for FPS Russia came when Kyle decided to make a “myth busters” type video in order to disprove the video game’s perception of what their featured weapons actually did.
FPS Russia’s first video was uploaded on April 19th, 2010. Kyle Myers uses his acting skills to play a Russian personality named Dmitri, modeled after his sales manager from his days working in a used car lot.

The Good
FPS Russia is equipped to show you what most people can’t. Kyle does a great job picking out some of the coolest weapons in the world and demonstrates them in a fun and exciting way that keeps his audience entertained. His fake Russian accent brings humor the show making it both educational and entertaining.

Kyle’s most viewed video from FPSRussia. He showcases the AA12 fully automatic shotgun by blowing through a battalion of soda bottles and then destroying a door to make entry. At the end of the video, Kyle demonstrates the AA12 shotgun’s waterproof feature by submerging the weapon into a barrel of water then firing off rounds into the woods.
